My name is Bruce E. Davis, Jr.. I want to first thank Jacqueline for allowing me to use this forum for this purpose. If this post is in the wrong location, please forgive me.
My current firm recently decided to discontinue a business line. This corporate decision is leaving myself and dozens of others looking for new opportunities. Consequently, I asked Jacqueline who so graciously suggested I post a quick note here and attach my resume.
I've had the good fortune of being in the financial services industry for 25+ years. I consider myself a transformational leader, trainer, consultant, and coach. Whether I'm working with an organization, a team, or an individual, if I can make a positive impact, I consider myself fulfilled. During my career, I've had the opportunity to lead and coach on both the retail and wholesale sides of the industry.
Most recently, I was asked to help launch Prudential's Personal Advisory Group as Director, Productivity and Development. It was a super exciting opportunity where we started with basically a blank whiteboard and I was asked to build out a virtual sales process, research and select the appropriate financial planning software (MoneyGuide Elite), training software (Allego), performance evaluation process, and assist with Product selection and launch. Prior to that, I spent most of my seven years at TIAA as a wholesaler and sales coach/consultant.
I'm looking for Colorado-based, or fully remote (I can't leave Colorado) opportunities (I can travel anywhere) where I can make a difference-- where I can motivate, inspire, and impact people's lives.
