    Looking for alternative distribution? Have you considered an "embedded" product?

    Article Summary:

    • Northwestern Mutual is getting on the "embedded insurance" bandwagon.
    • They have created a product targeted towards financial companies and banks, that can be "baked right into a deposit account."
    • It is designed to provide easy access to life insurance, requiring only an open account (any type of account) with no medical exam.
    • Coverage is in force as long as the account is open and maintained.
