We saw this email come through and thought it would be good to post here for future reference:
"Has a health and welfare deduction file every come up before in LIMRA discussions? What, if anything, has LDEx done to solve for this with other carriers?"
I reviewed believe the existing BEM would be able to handle Health and Wellness enrollment. Complimentary BEM elements exist for the Health and Welfare Deduction File fields. We designed the LifestyleBenefits ProductType enumeration to represent these types of non-insured benefits. Legal would also fall into this type of category.
