I've been with LIC since August 2014, working with the Executive Director to support LIC's mission of helping LOMA's small-to-midsize member companies improve performance through shared excellence. Previously I was president and owner of the association management company St. Jean Management Systems and executive director of the Inter-Company Marketing Group.
I love traveling, meeting people and getting to know new places, so it's great that my work with LIC brings me to committee meetings and conferences around the country. One of the best things about this job is seeing how much members enjoy and find value in the services and events we produce and our ability to respond to individual member companies' needs.
I have four great kids, a wonderful husband, and two sweet dogs. We live in the Washington DC area, where I've been throughout my career, and I'm fortunate to be able to work from home. I've also spent many years volunteering in the Boy Scouts and dog rescue, and like to be on mountains or at the beach whenever possible.
